  • What is the timeline for cottages?

    We plan to break ground on the cottages at RiverWoods Manchester in the spring of 2023 with completion the following year. Pencil a date of summer 2024 to move into your new home. Join the Cottage Priority Program and don’t miss your opportunity for the best selection at the lowest price!

  • The Cottage Priority Program

    The Priority Program is the first opportunity to get the best selection at the lowest price. There is a very limited windo to secure your spot there is an interest form and a completely refundable $1,000 deposit. Get started today! Contact Carmen Chaisson at CChaisson@RWManchester.org or call 603-836-2302.

    You will receive a Cottage Priority Program certificate to indicate your place in line. If you decide to move forward, the $1,000 will be applied to your entrance fee deposit. If you decide not to move forward it will be refunded.

    Once plans are finalized in the late fall of 2022 you will be contacted in priority order to review plans and give you the opportunity to choose your home.

  • What is the square footage of the cottages?

    The cottages are 1,348 and 1,656 square feet. The floor plan names are White Oak and Sugar Maple.

     

     

  • I don’t know anyone at RiverWoods Manchester. How will I make new friends?

    New residents often remark on the friendliness and warmth of the RiverWoods Manchester community. It starts with friendly, welcoming neighbors in the hallways and common areas when you move in. You might chat with someone in the Nook over breakfast or dine with them in the evening. If you join a fitness class or visit the Game Room, Library or Woodworking Shop, you’ll meet others who share own interests. Stop by the Milltowne Tavern on Tuesdays or Fridays or better yet, be the bartender. One step leads to another, and before you know it, you’ve lots of new friends and acquaintances in your life!

  • What types of activities are offered?

    Life at RiverWoods Manchester brings every resident the opportunity to make new friends who share your common interests. From organized outings to casual gatherings over shared interests, there’s always something going on and something fun to do at RiverWoods Manchester.

    Typical outings might be to restaurants, museums, wineries, the Palace Theater, the Seacoast, a historical tour, or perhaps to a sporting venue. Available activities include fitness classes, concerts, lectures, socials, French club, bridge club, walking club, religious services, watercolor classes, working in the woodshop, music recitals, volunteering, swimming at the YMCA, or attending a history class taught by a resident.
