Introducing Megan Levesque, RiverWoods Fitness Coordinator

Welcome to Fitness with Megan Levesque

Megan joined RiverWoods in September 2022. She started her fitness & wellness career just shy of 20 years ago after graduating from Southern Illinois University and making her way out to Boston with her brother from her homeland in central Illinois. She specializes in numerous avenues such as

  • Indoor cycling
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Yin yoga
  • Corrective exercise
  • Mindfulness, and overall well-being at any age.

Her philosophy is whatever you do, keep moving, AND get outside often. She is a firm believer that being mindful is the key to truly being able to see and feel any positive changes pertaining to your health & well-being. She is a huge advocate and motivator for mental well-being, loving your body through all stages of life, and expressing gratitude each day.
Family is most important to her. She has a husband (Brian), son (Cole), and dog (Lucy Bear). Megan loves the outdoors, going on adventures, sports, music, art, plants, food, and pretty much everything in between.
