Everything You Need to Know About Choosing a CCRC

Presented by Cathleen Toomey, Vice President of Marketing, RiverWoods Group

The good news is that most of us are living longer. The challenge is that we are living longer with more long-term care costs and the question is – how to make a solid plan for the future?

Many informed adults are choosing Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) as a smart choice. But how do you evaluate CCRCs? What are their differences in contracts and costs? What questions should smart consumers ask to determine if the community is a good fit? This workshop will give you the tools to make a smart decision.

Attend, and you will learn:

  • National and regional CCRC background
  • The three major types of CCRCs
  • Contract differences and what to look for
  • Key benchmarks of financial strength
  • Critical indicators to measure service quality

*All attendees will receive a complimentary workbook.  Feel free to invite your financial planner.  All attendees must be vaccinated.
