A Complimentary Online Workshop Series
Having a solid estate plan is among the most important things you can do for your loved ones. It is, however, a task some people dread and put off dealing with until later in life. Smart planners are also considering the best options to control health care costs and further preserve assets for future generations. So, how can you tie all the pieces together and maintain control of your choices?
Begin with the basics:
This session explores the basics of estate planning documents, including different types of trusts. Knowing the details of your plan, keeping the beneficiaries current, funding trusts, updating powers of attorney, and coordinating all these pieces based on changing family and economic dynamics is a lot to manage. Register today and be sure your ducks are in line!
Presented by Jennifer R. Rivett, Shareholder at Devine Millimet & Branch, P.A.
Attorney Rivett works closely with individuals and families to understand their estate planning needs and goals and then draft appropriate estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable trusts, and special needs trusts accordingly. She also assists fiduciaries and families with the settlement of estates, including navigating the probate process and administering trusts.
Each session is 30-minutes and there will be time following the presentation for Q&A
