The Ground is Broken and the Work Begins

Site work is officially underway on White Birch Way, the home of 18 new cottages here at RiverWoods Manchester! It is exciting to see the equipment and the workers buzzing around. The first steps include carving the earth to clear the way for utility lines and building foundations.

While all of the cottages are currently reserved, if you are interested don’t hesitate to reach out and learn more. It is important to remember that circumstances may change for some people making your chances better than you thought. Still a few years out? The list helps you be in the perfect position when ready!

There are two spacious floor plans to choose from. The Sugar Maple features:
